Besides teaching classes throughout West Los Angeles, Phyllis provides private fitness and balance training for those who want or need one-on-one training.    She works in clients home or a local gym.

One-on-One training can add that extra push to get you on track.

Personal attention will get results faster by focusing on individual needs
and goals, so  a workable plan and time line can be developed to create a more balanced healthful lifestyle.

Every body is unique, and so is yours, from genetics, past history, injuries, etc.  After filling out a complete health and exercise questionnaire, having a fitness assessment, Phyllis will  design a program specifically for you.

Personal one-on-one program emphasizes:

  • Beginning fitness assessment
  • Continued evaluation of results
  • Accountability in achieving goals
  • Continued education, and caring motivational support
